Dysfunctional communication among employees creates misunderstandings and misinterpretations, making difficult their harmonious cooperation and contributing to a negative working climate which inevitably affects their personal lives. This situation has a negative impact on the collaboration of the business with its customers and the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the employees.
