Employee – Parent: from conflict to composition

It is known that all of us we bring our worries from home to work and vice versa. Our personal responsibilities and obligations often prevent our undivided concentration in our workplace and our high performance. This has implications both to our psych and to our working, family and social environment.

The identity of the experiential psychoeducational seminar by Morfogenesis

The aim of our program is to offer to the participants psychoeducational guidance and support in pedagogical empathy and communication regarding their parental role and the dynamics of the family.

At Morfogenesis, the experience, the knowledge and the tools we have, allow us to utilize the dynamics of the group of the participants to their advantage. The topics we work on in the seminar, concern communication within the family, boundaries and autonomy, the development of emotional intelligence, the upbringing of psychosocially healthy children and the handling of behavioral and learning difficulties but also, the children’s fears.

Morfogenesis’ tailor made seminar “Employee – Parent: from conflict to composition”, utilizes the potential created in the group of participants to reflect emotions and attitudes, in a safe environment, helping each parent individually to understand and experience different ways of communicating and dealing with issues concerning children and the relationships of their parents with them.
